2 WEEKS IN HAWAI'I

Well, Janet is now officially retired!!! To celebrate we went on a two week vacay to the Aloha State, that amazing place known as Hawaii.
We stayed a week on the big island of Hawaii and then went to Honolulu to board a Norwegian cruise line ship for a cruise around the archipelago.
The big island was a lot of fun and nowhere near as dangerous as the news media would have us believe. We drove by one day and there was smoke coming from under the road, and on the cruise we saw the entry point of lava into the water.
Okay, the last one is actually fireworks in Hilo.
